Cabinet decides to ease travel restrictions



KATHMANDU: The government has decided to ease the restrictions imposed on the entry into Nepal with the new variants detected.

A cabinet meeting decided to allow travelers to come into Nepal if they do not show any symptoms similar to that of COVID-19’s on the condition that they would stay in a 10-day home quarantine.

The travelers have to be fully vaccinated and should have a negative PCR report taken within 72 hours.
