UML Vice chair Gautam appears in party meeting again



KATHMANDU: CPN-UML Vice-Chairman Bamdev Gautam who had been skipping party meetings making various excuses one after another have joined party’s Standing Committee (SC) meeting on Saturday.

Vice-Chairman Gautam has not formally made his line clear about who among the Chairman KP Oli and Senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal he supports in the party.

He reached at Tulsilal Memorial Foundation, the venue for Saturday’s SC meeting at around 3 PM.

However, the leaders returned without convening the meeting saying they should give one more day to resolve the party conflict and convince senior leader Nepal to join the leadership.
