BSP Chair Thapa still critical, tests negative for COVID



KATHMANDU: The health condition of Bibeksheel Sajha Party (BSP) Chairperson Ujjwal Thapa is still critical, yet he has tested coronavirus negative of late, the hospital sources said.

Issuing a press statement on Monday, Mediciti Hospital has informed that BSP Chair Thapa has tested coronavirus negative, but his health condition is still critical.;

“The medics are making every effort, even in the most complex of situations,” the hospital statement said, urging all stay optimistic.

According to BSP’s coordinator Milan Pandey,Thapa is undergoing treatment by Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) method.
