KATHMANDU: The meeting of the 10th general convention organizing committee of the ruling CPN-UML is taking place today.
The meeting will be held at the Prime Minister’s Official residence in Baluwatar at 11 am today.
The meeting of the Standing Committee of the party held on Tuesday had decided to restore the Central Committee that existed prior to May 16, 2018.
The CC meeting has been scheduled for July 2.
Today’s general organizing committee meeting is expected to take crucial decisions to resolve long-overdue intra-party disputes of the UML, said a UML leader.
