Tehrathum Hydropower to issue 1,200,000 units of IPO



KATHMANDU: Tehrathum Hydropower Company is issuing 1,200,000 units of initial public offerings (IPO).

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has already given permission to the company to issue the IPO.

NIBL Ace Capital Ltd is the issue manager.

The hydropower company based near the district headquarters Myanglung has been generating electricity since March 1, said Mohan Dangi, the Managing Director of the company.

The company will soon fix the date for the issuance of the IPO following the meeting with the issue manager, said Dangi.
