KATHMANDU: Chief Minister of Province 2 Lalbabu Raut on Friday held discussions virtually with all the Chief District Officers (CDOs) of Province 2 in regard to containment of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Secretariat of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers stated that Raut consulted with the CDOs on the status, control and prevention of COVID-19, and upcoming efforts to be taken by Province Government on the wake of massive spread of Corona Virus.
On the occasion, the CDOs suggested that all districts in the Province should develop holding centres for the control of the Corona Virus.
Chief Secretary of Province 2 Gokarna Mani Duwadi, Chief Attorney Dipendra Jha, Secretary at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law Birendra Kumar Yadav and others attended the virtual meeting, it is said.
