Former Army Chief Katuwal undergoing COVID-19 treatment at Chhauni Hospital

KATHMANDU: Former Chief of Army Staff of Nepal Army (NA) General Rukmangad Katuwal is undergoing treatment against coronavirus at Chhauni based Birendra Sainik Hospital.

According to sources, former NA Chief was admitted in the hospital on 14 April.

NA spokesperson Santosh Ballabh Poudel, confirmed the news and informed that Katuwal’s health condition is stable.

He is currently undergoing treatment with oxygen support in the ICU.
