Three more COVID-19 infected die in Birgunj



BIRGUNJ: Three more people infected with COVID have died in the course of treatment in Parsa district.

Two women and one man died in the course of treatment at Narayani Hospital on Thursday night.

According to the hospital, a 47-year-old woman of Birgunj municipality-3, another woman, 48, of Birgunj-16 and a 77-year-old man of Jitpur Simara have succumbed to the virus.

The woman of Birgunj 3 had been admitted to the hospital on April 27. She had tested positive for the virus and died last night.

Similarly, the woman of Birgunj-16, who was hospitalized on April 25, passed away last night.

The man from Simara, who had been hospitalized on April 23, died on Thursday night.
