PM Oli announces increment of Social Security Allowance



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Oli has announced that the government will increase the social security allowance it has been providing to the senior citizens and other marginalized community in the coming budget.

Speaking at a program organized in Kathmandu on Tuesday, PM Oli informed that his government would increase the social security allowance in the budget of FY 2021/22.

“The government will increase the social security allowance provided to the senior citizens from FY 2021/21,” PM Oli said, adding, “Irrespective of the criticisms some selfish elements have been making the government will continue working on the best interest of the people.”

He also listed some of the works completed under his premiership.
