Minister Regmi urges China to facilitate import and export at Kreung and Tatopani borders



KATHMANDU: Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizens Uma Regmi has urged China to make arrangements for easy import and export of goods from the border.

Addressing the complaints of businessmen who are still facing difficulties in importing and exporting goods from Tatopani and Rasuwa’s Kerung border point to China, Minister Regmi urged China to end the difficulties in importing and exporting goods.

Minister Regmi was speaking at the sixth anniversary celebration of the China Foundation for Poverty Elevation Nepal on Wednesday.

She praised China’s assistance in the pandemic and other incidents, including the earthquake.

Minister Regmi also said that China had given priority to Nepal by providing vaccines during the Covid-19 pandemic.
