KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML’s 10th General Convention Main Organizing Committee has formed 12 different committees for the convention. The 12 committees include food, housing, volunteers and publicity, among others.
A meeting of the Main Organizing Committee was held immediately after the Central Committee meeting Friday. Standing Committee member Raghuji Pant said the meeting formed committees to share departmental responsibilities for the General Convention.
The Main Organizing Committee was formed earlier under the coordination of Ram Bahadur Thapa to oversee the General Convention to be held in Chitwan from November 26 to 28.
