Maoist Center obstructs Province Assembly in Province 1 again, postponed till July 4



KATHMANDU: CPN-Maoist Center lawmakers of Province 1, have obstructed the Province Assembly on Monday again.
According to sources, after a continuous protest from Maoist Center lawmakers in the province, speaker Pradeep Kumar Bhandari announced that the province assembly has been postponed till July 4.
The opposition alliance led by Maoist Center in the province has been demanding that the Minister for Physical Infrastructure should apologize in public for his humiliating remarks made against Maoist Center lawmakers.
Minister for Internal Affairs Hikmat Karki informed that the government has been trying to resolve the issue by discussing with concerned lawmakers.
