Sindhupalchowk gets medical supplies

KATHMANDU: One Heart Worldwide organization, working in the health sector, has provided medical supplies worth two million rupees to Sindhupalchowk district to prevent and control coronavirus.

The organization provided medical supplies to 12 local levels of the district, Chautara Hospital and Health Office, Sindhupalchowk. Program Officer of the organization Nagendra Jung Shahi said that all the medical supplies were brought at Chautara-based office of the organization and distributed to local levels. Chaurata hospital has received oxygen concentrators, oximeters, masks and sanitizers.

Chautara, Balefi, Jugal, Barhabise, Sunkoshi Bhotekoshi, Indrawati, Lisamkhupakhar and Tripurasundari have already got the support while the organization has not been able to send the medical goods to Helambu, Panchpokhari and Melamchi due to disaster including landslide and flood. E

Earlier, the organization had handed over 10 oxygen-filled cylinders to Chautara hospital and provided financial assistance to flood victims of Helambu.
