KATHMANDU: The government has increased the salaries of government employees by Rs. 2,000 per month.
Announcing the budget for the coming fiscal year, Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel announced an increase in the salary of civil servants.
He said that the government could not increase the salary as per the expectation due to the coronavirus pandemic.
