Husband strangles wife to death in Kathmandu



KATHMANDU: A man has strangled his wife to death near Kalimati Vegetable market in Kathmandu at Friday night.

According to Metropolitan police circle, Kalimati, Ajay Shrestha, 26 of Chauthali, Sindhupalchowk killed his 22 years old wife by cutting her throat.

The police informed that the Shrestha’s were married one and half year ago.

They had been doing business in Kathmandu, the police said.

Police have started investigation for further details.
