Food-stuffs to be sold from four places during prohibitory order in Valley



KATHMANDU: State-owed Food Management and Trading Company has planned to sell food stuffs from four major places during the prohibitory order in the Kathmandu Valley.

The food-stuffs will be sold from Thapathali, Nakhkhu, Ramshahpth, and Suryabinayak, informed Sharmila Neupane, the information officer at the trading company.

Trading centers at Ramshahpath and Suryabinayak will remain open from 7 am to 11 am, at Nakhkhu from 7 am to 5 pm, said the company.

Similarly, foodstuffs will be distributed in three shifts (7 to 10 am, 10 am to 5 pm and 5 to 7 pm) from Thapathali, said Neupane.

Basmati rice, Jumli marsi rice, Karnali beans, cooking oil, ghee and sanitizers will be sold from the trading centers.
