Rawal to give up claim for party Chairman if he gets Senior Vice-Chair thru consensus



CHITWAN: CPN-UML leader Bhim Rawal has sent a message to UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli saying that he was ready to give up his claim for the party Chairman if he gets the post of Senior Vice-Chairman, and that too, unanimously.

During a meeting with leaders close to Oli on Saturday night, Rawal said he would withdraw from the race if he was unanimously elected Senior Vice-President, sources said.

Rawal sent the message through leaders close to Chairman Oli.

UML Chairman Oli has been given the responsibility to select new leadership in the 10th general convention of UML.
