BHAKTAPUR: Ashta Kumar Kanwe has announced his candidacy for the post of Nepali Congress Bhaktapur District Working Committee Chair.
Kanwe said he is contesting in the election for the post of the NC district president to reestablish the Congress party as the number one party again.
“I will not run for the post of mayor, state assembly member, or federal lawmaker,” he said.
