Former national football captain Biraj joins Chyasal Youth Club

KATHMANDU: Former national football team captain Biraj Maharjan will play for the upcoming season of Martyrs’ Memorial “A” Division League Football from Chyasal Youth Club.

Biraj has previously played in the Martyrs’ Memorial ‘A’ Division League from Sankata Club, NRT, Manang Marsyangdi, Three Star, and Machhindra Football Club.

He has already won the league title from Manang, Three Star, and Machhindra Club.

The Chyasal Youth Club Castle Youth, which was selected in the Martyrs’ Memorial ‘C’ Division League in 2064 BS, was promoted to the ‘B’ Division League in 2066 BS.

In 2073 BS, it became the winner of the ‘B’ division league and advanced to the ‘A’ division league.
