KATHMANDU: The cabinet is expected to be expanded within two days.

A meeting of the ruling alliance at Baluwatar has decided to expand the cabinet within two days. “The issue of expanding the cabinet immediately was discussed in today’s meeting,” said Purna Bahadur Khadka, general secretary of the Nepali Congress.

He said that the meeting also discussed the nature and modalities of the minimum common program.

According to him, the top leaders of the alliance will hold a meeting and discuss how to move forward with the issues of cabinet expansion.
