Speaking at an interaction held by the opposition alliance at Lotse Hall of Ferderal Parliament Budilding in New Baneshwor Monday, leader Nepal said establishing a good system did not suffice and that a good culture was needed.

Referring to PM Oli’s Monday’s remarks against him, he urged to compare PM’s past statements and what he says today.

He also mentioned that his position in the opposition was different from other leaders, given the ruling party is the UML. “I have come to the opposition in individual capacity after going through unprecedented circumstances, and the opposition alliance’s goal at the moment was defending the constitution.
