Provincial Assembly meeting of Pradesh 1 disrupted

KATHMANDU: A Provincial Assembly meeting of Pradesh 1 has been disrupted after lawmakers of CPN (Maoist Center) staged protests in the meeting hall.

Minister for Physical Infrastructure Ambir Gurung on Sunday had asked Maoist Center lawmaker Mohan Khadka to mend his ways before attending the meeting.

Minister Gurung had made such ‘insulting remarks’ while he was answering questions raised on the Appropriation Bill.

The Maoist Center protested demanding that Gurung should apologize for his ‘insulting remarks’.
