NC to hold CWC meeting today

KATHMANDU: A central working committee meeting (CWC) of the Nepali Congress (NC) is taking place on Wednesday.

The meeting is taking place after the test reports of over 100 central members came out to be negative.

The NC’s CWC meeting scheduled for Monday had been postponed citing COVID-19 screenings of the lawmakers.

The meeting has been scheduled for 2 pm at the central party headquarters in Sanepa after none of the central members tested positive for COVID-19.

The meeting will dwell on the 14th general convention, contemporary political developments, and distribution of active party memberships, according to the NC party office.
