Karnali government likely to bring an ordinance by dodging House



SURKHET: The Karnali State government is preparing to bring two ordinances by dodging the State Assembly.
A meeting of the provincial council of ministers held on February 16 has already recommended two ordinances to the provincial Chief Govinda Kaluni for approval.

The budget session of the State Assembly has ended by pasting a notice on October 11, 2020. However, the winter session has not started yet.

According to Bimala KC, spokesperson of the state government and Minister for Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives, the government has recommended to issue the Administrative Procedure (Regulation) Act (First Amendment) and the Provincial Public Service Commission (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2077 BS.
