 PM Cup Semis: Bagmati elects to field after winning the toss



KATHMANDU: Bagmati Pradesh and Tribhuvan Army Club (TAC) are locking horns in the second semi-final match under the Prime Minister Cup Men’s National Cricket Tournament on Thursday.

Bagmati Pradesh has won the toss and elected to field first. The match began at TU International Cricket Ground at 9 am today.

Bagmati is the group ‘B’ winner while TAC is the first runner up of group ‘A’.

The winner will take on Armed Police Force (APF) in the final.  APF entered the final by defeating defending champion Nepal Police Club on Wednesday.

Bagmati had defeated Nepal Police Club, Sudurpaschim and Pradesh 2 and played   a draw with Lumbini in the group stage match.

Similarly, TAC had routed Karnali, Gandaki, and Pradesh 1 and faced a defeat at the hands of APF in the group stage match.
