America’s COVID-19 cases cross 26.1 million



WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 26,162,962 in the United States of America after 148,488 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 9,797,620 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 15,925,893 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 439,449 with 3,843 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 2,182,155 and infected 101,400,157 globally until the filing of this news.
