24-yr-old killed in tipper-scooter collision



BHAKTAPUR: A 24-year-old person has died after being hit by a tipper at Suryabinayak municipality-8 in Bhaktapur district.

Asim Limbu, 24, of Dhankuta, currently staying at Kusunti, Lalitpur, died after he was hit by a tipper at Adharsha Chowk in Suryabinayak municipality-8 on Friday night.

Sandip Maharjan, 26, who was riding pillion, sustained injuries.

Limbu was riding a scooter, Ba 57 Pa 3113, when he was struck by a tipper with the registration no. Ba 3 Kha 5423.

Bhaktapur police has taken the tipper and its driver under control following the accident.
