KATHMANDU: Senior leader of Nepali Congress (NC) Ram Chandra Poudel says he would meet party President Sher Bahadur Deuba to resolve the problems seen in the active membership.
Party leader Dr. Minendra Rizal said that Poudel would hold talks with party President Deuba to thrash out the problems regarding active membership.
“Since the district presidents are on a strike, the problems related to active membership need to be addressed at the earliest,” Dr Rizal said.
According to him, even if the names of active members of 38 districts are posted on the website, the details of the remaining 39 districts should also be posted soon.
Leaders including senior leader Poudel, and leaders Dr Shashank Koirala, Dr Ram Sharan Mahat, Sita Devi Yadav, Arjun Narasimha KC, Dr Minendra Rijal, Bal Bahadur KC, Dilendra Prasad Badu and Shekhar Koirala were present in today’s meeting held at Chaksibari in Kathmandu.
