KATHMANDU: Today is the last day for Sahas Urja Limited to apply for the initial public offerings (IPO) for the project-hit locals of Solukhumbu district.
The company has sold 3.5 million primary shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share from August 13 to Friday.
Subscribers can apply for a minimum of 10 units to maximum of 1,050,000 units of shares. NIBL S Capital Limited is the issuer and sales manager of the company.
