JSP leader Bhattarai dubs anti-federal elements as “ghosts of abolished monarchy”

KATHMANDU: Federal Council Chairman of Janata Samajwadi (JSP) Party Dr Baburam Bhattarai has lashed out at anti-federal elements describing them nothing but the “ghosts of the monarchy”.

Bhattarai has urged the youths to be aware of such elements saying that such elements will mislead them.

“Those who speak against the federal democratic republic are the sycophants of the already abolished monarchy,” Bhattarari tweeted, adding, “The youths aspiring to be alternative power should be aware of such anti-elements.”

Dr Bhattarai has made such comments after Bibeksheel Sajha Party Coordinator Rabindra Mishra floated a proposal of scrapping federalism and holding referendum on the issue of secularism.
