Denmark beat Wales to reach Euro 2020 quarter finals



KATHMANDU: Denmark has won Wales 4-0 to be the first team to qualify for the quarter-finals from the round of 16.

Wales drop out of the second round of Euro 2020 while Denmark has continued its inspiring journey for the tournament to the quarter-finals.

The brilliant strike for Denmark in the 27th minute from Kasper Dolberg and his second strike in the 48th minute led the team to the quarter-finals.

Dolberg struck again in the 48th minute, and the goal deflated Wales. Likewise, Joakim Maehle added a third goal for Denmark.

Substitute Harry Wilson was also shown a red card for a late foul.

Denmark’s Martin Braithwaite made the fourth goal in added time.
