Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 2, 773 with two new fatalities

KATHMANDU: As many as two COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 2,773 as of Saturday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Nepal recorded a total of 81 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 274,065 in the country as of Friday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 967 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 62 have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

So far, 270,325 people have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
