KATHMANDU: A cabinet meeting is underway at Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar Thursday.
The meeting is attended by Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, Home Minister Bal Krishna Khanna, Law Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, Finance Minister Janardan Sharma, Energy Minister Pampha Bhusal and Chief Secretary Shankar Das Bairagi.
It is a regular meeting of the Council of Ministers and the cabinet is expected to make crucial decisions about the ordinance on political parties. The cabinet is likely to make a decision on replacing the Chief of Province 1 as well.
