NEPSE increases by 17.60 points



KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has increased by 17.60 points on Thursday, the last trading day of the week.

With today’s increment, the index has reached 3094.05 points.

A total of 21.69 million shares of 232 companies traded today resulting in a turnover of Rs 13.42 billion.

Similarly, the share of Hydropower Group has increased by 169 points, Development Bank by 241 points, Finance by 120 points, Microfinance by 37 points, and Hotel Group by 11 points.

Likewise, the share of banks, trade, insurance, others, and investment groups declined today.

Shares of Corporate and Narayani Development Bank, Shree Investment Finance, Arun Valley Hydro, Ankhukhola Hydropower, Ghalemdi Hydro, Khanikhola Hydro, Jeevan Bikas Microfinance, and Guheshwari Merchant Bank increased by 10 percent today.
