Six succumb to coronavirus in Banke in last 24 hours



BANKE: Six people have died of coronavirus infection in Banke district in the last 24 hours.

According to Tej Oli, Corona Focal Person of Banke district, two persons from Banke and Rukum West, one each from Salyan and Dang succumbed to coronavirus in the district.

A 23-year-old man of Raptisonari rural municipality-5 of Banke died at Bheri Hospital on Tuesday evening and a 52-year-old man of Raptisonari-6 died on the same Wednesday morning.

Likewise, a 66-year-old woman of Banfikot-10 of Rukum West succumbed to the virus at Nepalgunj Medical College Teaching Hospital, Kohalpur Tuesday evening, and a 32-year-old male of Athabiskot Municipality-10 died at Bheri Hospital the same evening.

Similarly, a 35-year-old man from Chhatreswori-5 of Salyan died at Nepalgunj Medical College Teaching Hospital Kohalpur last evening.

Likewise, a 48-year-old male from Lamahi Municipality-6 of Dang died at Bheri Hospital early Wednesday morning.
