PM Oli positive about JSP demands: Mahantha Thakur



JANAKPURDHAM: Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) Central Council Chairman Mahantha Thakur has remarked that Prime Minister KP Oli is positive about the Madhesh-centric issues raised by the party.

Speaking at a Holi Reunion Ceremony organized in Janakpur by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment of Province 2, on Friday, Chairman Thakur said that PM Oli has given a positive gesture towards the Madhesh-centric issues raised by our, of late.

“PM Oli is positive about the Madheshi issues. H has already taken initiation to address our concerns,” he said, adding, “However, some cases are sub judice in various courts, so, the government has sought the opinion of the office of the Attorney General.”

Without revealing what the positive gestures were, JSP Chair Thakur shared his optimism that the talks with the PM will come up with some tangible results soon.
