Newly appointed State Minister Umesh Shrestha swearing in to office.
KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has administered the oath of office and secrecy to newly-appointed State Minister for Health and Population Umesh Shrestha at Singha Durbar on Sunday.
PM Deuba appointed Shrestha as Minister of State earlier Sunday by keeping the Health Ministry with himself.
Shrestha is an NC lawmaker.
