Six injured in different accidents



NAVALPARASI: Six people were injured in separate accidents that took place in Bardaghat-Susta east last night.

In the accident that took place at Saturday night at Madhyabindu-15, three people were injured.

The accident involved a head-on collision between a jeep and a truck.

The injured are the truck driver Ghanashyam Budhathoki,26, of Sharada municipality-5, the jeep driver Manish Timalsena of Hetauda, Makwanpur, and the jeep passenger Ranjit Majhi,23, according to a spokesperson of the District Police Office, DSP Dilip Kumar Giri.

Also on Saturday night, three others were injured when a truck overturned in Ritthepani of Kawasoti-1.

The injured are Sunita Bote,24, Lal Mani Mahato,45 and Laxmi Kumar,25, of Madhyabindu-6. The injured are undergoing treatment at Madhyabindu district hospital, police said.
