Cricketer Lamichhane to play T20 Blast to be held in England



KATHMANDU: Nepali leg spinner Sandeep Lamichhane is set to play T20 Blast Cricket tournament to be held in England.

Lamichhane will take part in the Vitality T20 Blast to be held in England, representing Bedfordshire County Cricket Club.

Lamichhane has signed a contract with the Bedfordshire County Cricket Club for the 2021 season, becoming the first Nepali cricketer to play the Vitality T20 Blast cricket tournament.

Organized by England and Wales Cricket Board (EWCB), this cricket tournament will begin from June 9 until September 18.

Lamichhane has already played the world-famous T20 Franchise League.
