Computer officer at Health Ministry dies of COVID-19



KATHMANDU: An employee at the Ministry of Health and Population has succumbed to the coronavirus.

The ministry said in a statement on Monday that 51-year-old computer officer Krishna Gopal Shrestha died of the pandemic.

The Ministry is shocked to learn that Shrestha, a 51-year-old computer officer from Godavari, Lalitpur died on Monday while undergoing treatment for COVID 19 infection at Bir Hospital, Ministry’s co-spokesperson Samir Kumar Adhikari said in the statement.
