Two die in tipper, motorcycle collision



MAHOTTARI: Two persons were killed when a tipper truck (Na 8 Kha 980) collided head on with a motorcycle (Ja 6 Pa 1409) along Gaushala-Samsi road in the district this morning.

The deceased have been identified as the motorcycle rider Pramod Ram Chamar of Balawa Municipality-9 in the district and the pillion passenger Guddu Nadaf of Aaurahi Municipality-4.

They died on the spot, said the police. The local people blocked the road by placing bodies of the deceased on the road in protest while the police arrested the driver of the truck, said the District Police Office.
