CJ Rana forms 10 benches for 266 cases on Wednesday



KATHMANDU: Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana has formed 10 benches including two singles to hear and proceed 266 cases on Wednesday.

According to SC sources, Chief Justice Rana constituted eight division benches and two singles today.

The benches are assigned 266 cases. The list of cases allocated for Wednesday’s sessions include all types of cases including habeas corpus.

The Chief Justice assigned Justices Deepak Kumar Karki and Prakash Kumar Dhungana, Meera Khadka and Hari Prasad Phunyal, Hari Krishna Karki and Kumar Regmi, Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha and Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, Bam Kumar Shrestha and Dr. Kumar Chudal, Anil Kumar Sinha and Sapana Pradhan Malla, Prakash Man Singh Raut and Nahkul Subedi and Tej Bahadur KC and Tanka Bahadur Moktan have been appointed joint bench.

Two single benches formed for Wednesday include one each for Justices Ananda Mohan Bhattarai and Sushma Lata Mathema.
