KATHMANDU: The weather is partly to generally cloudy weather across the country due to the partial impact of low-pressure monsoon trough around western Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh in India.
Issuing a weather bulletin for the next three days on Friday morning, the MFD has said that there is a possibility of light to moderate rain amidst thunder and lightning in some places of the country in the afternoon today.
The Division has said that this process will continue till tonight.
Similarly, light to moderate rain with thunderstorm and lightning is expected in some parts of the country tomorrow (Saturday).
The same weather pattern will continue until Sunday, according to the Division.
Meanwhile, the Division has requested people living in the hilly terrain to take precaution due to possible risk of soil erosion, landslides.
