Head Coach Phillips announces final 23-member squad



KATHMANDU: Head Coach Gary Phillips has finalized the team for the 2022 AFC Women’s Asian Cup qualification.

Coach Phillips today announced the final 23 member squad releasing five players from the closed camp. Amisha Karki, Anchali Waiba, Hima Chaudhary, Manisha Raut, and Sharmila Thapa have been left out of the squad.

Nepali women’s national team will play their first match against the Philippines on September 18th and second against Hong Kong on September 21. The tournament will be held in Uzbekistan.
