NC task force submits report on active membership dispute



KATHMANDU: The task force formed to resolve the active membership dispute of the Nepali Congress (NC) has submitted its report on Monday evening.

The task force submitted its report four days later than the deadline.

The three-member task force, which was entrusted to resolve the active membership dispute by August 19, handed over the report of active membership to party president Sher Bahadur Deuba and senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel.

A task force comprising leaders Krishna Prasad Sitaula, Minendra Rijal, and Ramesh Lekhak submitted the report on Monday evening.
