Bagmati Pradesh to hold 8th session from May 30



KATHMANDU: Bagmati Pradesh is set to hold the 8th session of the Provincial Assembly from May 30.

Chief of Bagmati Pradesh Bishnu Prasain has called for the session pursuant to Article 183 (1) of the Constitution, informed the secretariat of the Pradesh Chief.
The session will start at 3 pm.

It has been learnt that the province government will table a pre-budget on the first day of the session and gradually province’s policies and programs and then the full budget.

As per the provision laid down in the Constitution, the province government has to present the budget by Jun 15.
