KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Nepal’s Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Lok Darshan Regmi, as the non-residential Ambassador for Ireland and Malta as well.
Likewise, Nepal’s Ambassador to Germany, Ramkaji Khadka, was appointed as the non-residential Ambassador for the Slovak Republic.
The appointments were made as per Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, the Office of President said in the press statement today.
