India’s COVID-19 cases cross 11.7 million



NEW DELHI: India recorded 47,264 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 11,733,594.

Currently, 370,101 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 11,203,016 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 160,400-mark.

With 277 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 160,477, according to the latest figures by Worldometers.
