Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 2,066 with one new fatality

KATHMANDU: As many as one COVID-19 patient succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 2,066 as of Wednesday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Nepal recorded a total of 94 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,73,760 in the country as of Wednesday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 1,555 reported  active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 71 from the coronavirus infection in the country.

So far, 2,70,139 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, one more person succumbed to the coronavirus in the last 24 hours, taking the total death tally to 2,066.
