Nepse announces to distribute 166.67% dividend



KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has decided to distribute dividends to its shareholders from the profit made in the previous fiscal year.

The bench mark index has announced to distribute 166.67 percent dividends including 66.67 percent bonus shares of the paid-up capital and 100 percent cash dividend (tax purpose).

The current paid-up capital of Nepse is Rs 600 million. This proposed dividend will be distributed once it is endorsed by the upcoming general meeting.

Nepse is holding the general meeting on January 13.
